Our meeting room price list will differ depending on how long you’d like to hire the space, and which facilities you’d like access to.

The Human Lab is a brilliant type of venue to consider, as we have a range of event spaces on offer, such as conference rooms for board meetings, testing and usability labs and observation rooms.
Full day IDI hire
(9am - 5pm)
£900 per day
Single groups hire
1 x 1 hour - £500
1 x 1.5 hours - £600
1 x 2 hours - £700
Half day IDI hire
(9am to 1pm, or 1pm to 5pm)
£550 per half day

Consecutive groups hire
2 x 1 hour - £750
2 x 1.5 hours - £950
2 x 2 hours - £1,150
All prices listed at Excluding VAT
Evening IDI hire
Early (6am to 9am) and late hours (5pm to 11pm) are charged at
£165 per hour

Catering
Lunch and Dinner options are available at additional cost. Enquire for options.
Our standard rates include:
Hire of the entire meeting space including respondent and client rooms, and reception/breakout space

Audio, video and screen recordings of the session

Refreshments throughout the day for all bookings

We can also source any of the following which can be added to your meeting room hire cost:
